WFMZ-TV 69 News (LINK TO VIDEO CLIP) — Monday, August 21, 2006

Saving money on prescription drugs in New Jersey will soon be as easy as logging on to the Internet.

Governor Corzine signed a drug registry bill into law today. It will allow Garden State residents to compare the prices of prescription drugs on-line.

All you'll have to do is plug in your zip code. The registry will be made available in writing to consumers who don't have Internet access.

The site is expected to be up and running next fall.
